We're working with an innovative robotics startup based in Woburn, Massachusetts, building automation technology for the automotive industry. They're hiring a Senior Account Manager for a full-time opportunity focused on supporting dealership service operations across Massachusetts. This role blends consultative B2B sales with hands-on deployment of complex robotics and automation technology in real-world dealership environments.
This isn't a traditional account management role. You'll be on the front lines of bringing cutting-edge robotics into automotive service departments - helping dealerships modernize operations while driving measurable impact.
They're looking for someone who truly understands dealership service teams, speaks their language, and can bridge the gap between advanced technology and day-to-day operations. As a small, fast-growing startup, the company offers significant autonomy and visibility. You'll have the opportunity to influence process, shape customer success strategy, and grow alongside the business. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can take ownership and make decisions with confidence - this is a rare chance to help scale something meaningful.
