Job Overview:
Midwestern IT Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities
• Collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support user training and change management initiatives
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline
• 0 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
