Summary

Technician Specialist

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Reno, NV (5 Days Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware issues with support from remote network/system admins.
Replace faulty hardware components and manage vendor return shipments.
Perform server firmware upgrades and basic server configurations (IP setup & access credentials).
Support network teams with cabling, optics replacement, hardware installation, and connectivity validation.
Rack, stack, and cable servers/switches for deployment and remote configuration activities.
Provide hands-on support for server and network-related tasks in the data center.
Conduct physical inspections and inventory audits of servers, components, and consumables.
