What you need to succeed

Demonstrated experience with the following:
- Conducting training needs assessments and building persona-based curricula aligned to business outcomes and adoption goals.
- Designing and developing enterprise-scale learning solutions for business process, technology, or digital transformation programs.
- Creating on-demand learning content in platforms such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Storyline, or equivalent eLearning tools.
- Developing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced learning experiences utilizing a variety of tools including PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video production tools.
- Creating simulations, scenario-based learning, and interactive practice environments.
Strong ability to translate complex processes, systems, and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and role-relevant learning experiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across program teams, business functions, leadership, SMEs, and external partners.
Flexibility, resourcefulness, and resilience in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments with evolving requirements, competing priorities, and global stakeholder groups.
