Job Title: Enterprise Java Architect

Location: NYC, NY - Onsite

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Enterprise Java Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and modern frameworks, along with recent exposure to AI-driven solutions. Experience with Spring AI is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications
Architect scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing and new applications
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Java development (Enterprise / Backend)
Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and integrating AI services or models into applications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Spring AI
Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLM integrations, or AI-driven workflows
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Education

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
