Urgent Role!! ServiceNow CSDM Architect - 100% Remote

Role: ServiceNow CSDM Architect

Locations: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, script, and own the technical solution of the CSDM and ITOM platform to ensure a successful deployment for our customers
• Work collaboratively with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories) and execute on the development of the agreed upon solution.
• Demonstrate extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of ServiceNow development experience, as detailed above
• Experience designing, implementing and configuring ServiceNow Applications such as CSDM and ITOM.
• Must have experience transforming Global Customer model to CSDM 4.0
• Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
• Excellent knowledge with creating Business Rules, ACL s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration
• Troubleshoot and repair common configuration issues
• Create Scoped Applications using Studio
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
• Strong technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub.
• Experience documenting all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer

• CIS-SM Certification
• CIS-Discovery Certification
• CSA Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
• External Client consulting experience highly preferred
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred
• Experience leading and advising multiple projects simultaneously

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $70-75/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
