What You?ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Performing your own repairs and services from start to finish
- Working on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Completing high-quality work efficiently and accurately
- Utilizing modern diagnostic equipment and shop technology
- Collaborating with an experienced team in a professional environment
This Is NOT a Support Role
This is a production-based technician position.
You will be expected to:
- Diagnose your own work
- Perform the repairs yourself
- Manage productivity effectively
- Operate independently with minimal oversight
This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in both their diagnostic ability and production output.
What We?re Looking For
Required:
- 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs
- Experience in a flat-rate production environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to consistently produce quality work efficiently
Preferred:
- ASE Certifications
- Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
