About the Role 

As a Sr Staff Program Manager for Enterprise Technology (ET) & Integrated Services, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for complex initiatives across the organization.. Your portfolio will span deep technical improvements, such as driving our ET tech stack, vendor consolidation and migrations, implementation of tools and processes, establishing scalable best practices, and putting in place standard operating procedures that shape the organization. You will influence long term business and operational efficiency , resolve dependencies, evaluate risk, track progress, and set accountability for your portfolio while maintaining clear and fluid communication with high-level stakeholders.

At Compass You Will: 

  • Lead initiatives aimed at scaling Compass International Holdings ET & Integrated Services infrastructure.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end program strategy, defining long-term vision, tenets, and success criteria for cross-organizational portfolios.
  • Anticipate systemic risks and organizational blockers; Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs that may span multiple organizations and locations.
  • Plan, manage and execute complex programs driving the overall program strategy, communications, synergy tracking, and performance management
  • Act as a key contributor to the Agile practice at CIH and high-level planning, both quarterly and yearly. 
  •  Own operational excellence, OKRs, and process improvement across the organization.
  • Provide programmatic leadership for Enterprise Technology initiatives geared towards
  • improving our SAAS tech stack and scalability.
  • Create clarity and drive decision making with data and metrics through well-written executive-level and team-level narratives.
  • Build SOPs to continue to standardize and scale tech operations to drive continuous improvement.

What We Look For: 

  • 8+ years of Program Management experience.
  • Proven ability to align executive leadership on complex issues; adept at building consensus across disparate organizations.
  • Experience identifying systemic failure modes and designing organizational mechanisms to avoid them.
  • Demonstrated ability to contextualize complex data for senior leadership level consumption, making trade-offs relatable and actionable. 
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fluid environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication — excellent ability to influence stakeholders and
  • leadership through data-driven reporting.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and efficient working style
  • Analytical, highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner; solution-oriented mindset and work approach
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and demonstrated experience independently managing conflict or difficult interpersonal situations
  • Proven track record of successful program management in high-performance teams, directing initiatives across multiple groups, teams and managers.
  • Experience managing initiatives within large scale systems in rapid growth environments.
  • Be self-driven and have the ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
