Data Warehouse Developer

Role Description

Develop complex reports, perform OBIEE development within a multi‑user development environment, perform ETL development, conduct Oracle database development, SQL tuning, and data modeling for reporting and analytics.

Technical Skills:

• Developing complex reports in Oracle BI Publisher using Microsoft Word to design the layout
• Using OBIEE in a multi‑user development environment (“MUDE”) developing within the Repository Database (“RPD”) and creating dashboards and analyses
• Performing ETL development using an ETL development tool such as Oracle Warehouse Builder, Attunity Compose, Informatica PowerCenter, Pentaho Data Integration, Oracle Data Integration, or Talend Data Integration
• Performing Oracle database development using SQL and PL/SQL
• Tuning SQL for performance within an Oracle environment
• Modeling data for reporting and analytics

Years of Experience:

• At least one year developing complex reports in Oracle BI Publisher
• At least three years using OBIEE in a MUDE environment
• At least three years performing ETL development using an ETL development tool
• At least five years performing Oracle database development using SQL and PL/SQL
• At least two years tuning SQL for performance
• At least three years modeling data for reporting and analytics
