Clinical Producer

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking an Clinical Producer to support the development of health products and features. This role partners closely with clinicians, and serves as the central node in driving cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and regulatory partners. You will apply both strategic and execution skills to guide features through all development cycles, from early ideation through development and launch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with clinicians to distill clinical concepts and subject matter expertise into clearly articulated product opportunities and requirements
• Advocate for clinical priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and execute implementation with cross-functional partners throughout the feature development process
• Facilitate internal, cross-functional, and executive reviews by owning slide development, coordinating meetings, capturing feedback, and driving action items
• Own the prioritization of clinical deliverables, manage program timelines, maintain reporting, and communicate progress and risks to various stakeholders
• Contribute to the crafting of studies designed to evaluate product concepts and technology capabilities
• Support internal and external legal and regulatory reviews as needed

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field of digital product development, preferably in the health space
• A proven track record of driving features from concept to launch, with the ability to craft compelling product proposals and apply a keen eye for user experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders, navigate conflict, and build consensus across teams
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the willingness and ability to flex between tactical execution and strategic thinking throughout the day
• A self-starter who is both proactive and accountable, you can perform with minimal supervision and quickly unblock yourself when things are unclear

Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months with extension
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid)
Pay range: $79.00 - $94.00 ph (DOE)
