This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Denver, CO. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the critical Programs that the National Space Security Line of Business are responsible for. This professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT hardware is managed, controlled, and compliant with the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM) and all customer requirements. This includes tracking, updating, validating and ordering hardware assets. Moreover, the candidate will assist users with resolving technical issues with applications, connectivity, and other IT related issues This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance to start. U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility.
This job will require experience in managing day to day activities including:
Use of Microsoft Office tools, Service Central/Service Now to update asset records
Project management and forecasting hardware requirements for programs
Setup and periodic audits of asset records
Working independently/Self-Starter
Installation and configuration of desktop operating systems
Management of vulnerability remediation and firmware updates
Setup and periodic audits of system security settings
Coordinate hardware repair activities
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems/issues
Building of workstations from image server
Installation of application software on desktop systems
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
Ability to obtain a CI Poly
U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility
Experience with asset management processes and concepts
Understanding and experience in project planning and management
Demonstrated success in an environment that is extremely fast paced and demanding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Experience maintaining asset records for IT hardware
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems/issues
Building from image server and maintaining desktop operating system
Installation of application software on desktop systems
Good interpersonal communication and developing skill level for formal presentations
Advocate for change and continuous improvement
Ability to lift and handle up to 30lbs.
Desired skills
Two or more years of related experience

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
