Lead Data Engineer / Architect

Lead Data Engineer / Architect responsible for designing and scaling enterprise Lakehouse architecture on Databricks, driving data platform standards, performance optimization, and cost efficiency. The role will lead engineering decisions, mentor teams, and build production-grade data platforms using Spark, Delta Lake, and modern cloud data technologies.

Essential Skills: 8-10 years of Data Engineering experience
Strong Databricks Apache Spark (PySparkScala) expertise
Hands-on experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture
Strong SQL and large-scale data processing experience
Experience designing enterprise data platforms data pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform)
Strong experience in data modeling (Medallion Architecture BronzeSilverGold)
Experience in performance tuning and optimization in Spark Databricks
Experience building production-grade scalable data platforms
