Senior Manhattan Active Cloud Application Support Analyst (L2/L3) :: New York City, NY

Role: Senior Analyst – Manhattan Active (RUN Support)

Location: New York City, NY – (Onsite)

Contract: Long term

 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
 Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Manhattan Active – CLOUD version

 Role Focus

• This is NOT an implementation role
• This is RUN / Post-Implementation Support
• Focus on L2 & L3 Production Support
• What the Candidate Will Do
• L2/L3 support for Manhattan Active (WMS / OMS)
• Handle incidents, problems & service requests (ITIL based)
• Do root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes
• Work with client & internal teams to meet SLAs
• Create documentation & knowledge articles
• Use ServiceNow / ITSM tools (nice to have)
• Support patches, upgrades & performance tuning
• Participate in on-call rotation

Required Skills:

•  2+ years hands-on Manhattan Active (Cloud)
•  Strong RUN / Production Support experience
•  ITIL knowledge (Incident / Problem / Change)
•  SQL, APIs, integration troubleshooting
•  Good communication & client-facing skills

 Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow experience
• Retail / Supply Chain domain knowledge
• Cloud architecture exposure in Manhattan Active
