Legal Graphics Consultant — Contract

Our client is  seeking an experienced Legal Graphics Consultant to support complex litigation and trial matters on a contract basis. This role focuses primarily on developing polished, courtroom-ready presentations and demonstrative graphics, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience supporting patent and intellectual property litigation.

Assignments may be performed remotely or onsite, depending on the needs of the client and trial team.

Responsibilities

• Develop opening, closing, expert-witness, and examination presentations
• Create patent technology tutorials, claim charts, product comparisons, timelines, technical diagrams, and process graphics
• Translate complex legal, scientific, and technical information into clear and persuasive visuals
• Collaborate with attorneys, experts, trial consultants, and presentation technicians
• Revise presentations efficiently under accelerated litigation and trial deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and accurately follow attorney direction
• Travel to trial, hearing, or war room locations when onsite assistance is required

Qualifications

• Professional experience developing legal presentations and demonstrative exhibits
• Prior patent or intellectual property litigation graphics experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design applications
• Strong visual communication, information-design, and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple revisions and urgent deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills
• Availability for remote work and occasional nationwide travel
