Job Details

Join a cutting-edge team driving large-scale, complex structural projects where your Revit expertise and BIM leadership will directly shape project delivery, quality, and innovation.

Hybrid (3 times in office, lunch provided 2 times a week)
1st shift
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
  • Lead development and management of high-quality 3D Revit models across complex, large-scale projects
  • Produce and oversee construction documents from concept through construction administration
  • Drive BIM coordination, resolving planning and modeling challenges to meet schedule and budget goals
  • Organize and maintain efficient BIM project structures and workflows
  • Partner with project teams through weekly updates and cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide technical support and guidance on Revit and AutoCAD to engineering and BIM teams
  • Mentor staff and help implement BIM standards, best practices, and workflow improvements
  • Optimize modeling efficiency using advanced tools, add-ins, and automation techniques (Dynamo, pyRevit, etc.)
  • Ensure model accuracy, QA/QC, and adherence to project-specific BIM standards and LOD requirements
  • Contribute to BIM guideline updates and participate in technical knowledge-sharing initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of hands-on Revit (2023-2026) and BIM experience in structural or related disciplines
  • Strong expertise in BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, Revizto) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma)
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu/Studio and Revit add-ins (Ideate, Dynamo, pyRevit)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD in structural or architectural environments
  • Experience on large-scale projects (healthcare, education, civic, science/tech, or industrial/manufacturing)
  • Proven ability to lead full construction document production from start to finish
  • Advanced problem-solving skills for complex modeling challenges, including custom families and parameters
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and model discipline in high-LOD environments
  • Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across teams and locations
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or Revit Structure Certified Professional preferred
  • U.S. work authorization required
