Job Description:

·         Job Details:

·         Must Have Skills: SAP FICA Collections Implementation working experience

·         Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).

·         Good functional knowledge of the collections lifecycle, particularly overdue receivables and collection processes.

·         Strong experience with FI-CA dunning, clearing, payments, returns, account maintenance, and correspondence.

·         Experience configuring and troubleshooting FI-CA events.

·         Good understanding of Business Partner, Contract Account, FI-CA documents, posting/clearing rules, and reconciliation concepts.

·         Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.

·         Nice to Have Skills:

·         Experience working with high-volume transactional environments is highly desirable.

·         Ability to prepare functional specifications and work effectively with ABAP developers.

·          Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

·         Ability to work independently and coordinate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams.

·         Detailed Job Description:

·         Experienced SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in end-to-end implementation projects.

·         Experienced SAP FI-CA Consultant to implement SAP FICA Collections solution. The consultant will be responsible for FI-CA functional design, configuration, integration, testing, and implementation activities, with specific focus on collections, dunning, receivables, payments, and customer account management.

·         Configuration of the Collections Module in SAP S/4 Hana BRIM/FICA

·         SAP Collections module setup includes:

·         Collection strategies

·         worklist automation

·         Customer contact management and documentation

·         Dispute case visibility Integration

·         Promise-to-pay (PTP) tracking

·         Credit Management

·         Dunning and Statement setup and correspondence

·         Conduct business process workshops and prepare functional specifications.

·         Analyze business requirements and propose SAP best-practice solutions.
