Role Details

Location: Little Rock, AR (1 Commerce Way)
Work Arrangement: Onsite Day 1. Potential for hybrid (2 days per week) after proven performance.
Interview Process: Either via Webcam or In-Person.

Core Technical Skills

To be successful in this position, you must possess 10+ years of expert-level experience in:

Frameworks: ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, and VB.Net.
Database: MS SQL Server (2008 or higher).
Web Tech: Web Services, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and jQuery.
Architecture: Modern web application trends, design patterns, and code review standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Development: Oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
Code Quality: Perform deep-dive code reviews and establish high-level coding standards.
Risk Management: Identify technical risks and recommend architectural best practices.
Leadership: Manage expectations with key stakeholders and collaborate in a team-driven environment.

Requirements

Ability to relocate to or currently reside in Little Rock, AR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of managing the full SDLC for large-scale applications.
