Summary

We are looking for 2 experienced IBM Cúram Business Analysts to support a large-scale Social Services / Homeless Services project. The role will focus on business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design using the IBM Cúram Business Application Suite.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business processes, requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Perform Cúram gap analysis and develop business/functional requirements.
Support Cúram solution design and implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Support UAT, conversion, training, and go-live activities.
Identify and resolve business and technical issues.
Support project reporting, metrics, work plans, and PMO activities.

Required Skills:

8+ years of IBM Cúram experience.
8+ years of Cúram Case Management / Social Services experience.
Strong experience in business process analysis and gap analysis.
Experience with requirements gathering and functional solution design.
Experience supporting UAT and go-live activities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Cúram V6–V8 Certification required.
