- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to maintain a comprehensive data governance framework.
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, including IT, business operations, and Governance Lead, to implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Zoom, Mural and Draw.io proficiency is necessary with the expectation that they can lead, facilitate, host without support
