This role partners closely with Distribution, VPC, Operations, IT, and Application Managed Services (AMS) teams, as well as other SAP functional leads, to ensure SAP OTC and SD solutions are designed and configured in alignment with SAP best practices, documentation standards, and business requirements. The role supports a high‑volume, complex supply chain environment within the automotive industry, with integration touchpoints to SAP VMS, PTP, and FI.

The SAP OTC & SD Functional Lead proactively collaborates with business stakeholders, AMS partners, and technical teams to stabilize solutions, reduce defects, and deliver enhancements. This role also plays a key part in driving standardization, guiding system enhancements, and supporting organizational change management related to SAP adoption.

  • Serve as a key contributor to the functional design and oversight of WRICEF objects supporting OTC, SD, and related operational processes.
  • Collaborate with AMS partners to manage incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and quality outcomes.
  • Support integration across SAP modules, including SD, VMS, PTP, MM, and FI, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end business execution.
  • Guide development teams by defining functional specifications and reviewing solution designs for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Research SAP releases, patches, and OSS Notes, recommending and supporting applicable improvements.
  • Provide functional expertise to support organizational change management and user adoption of SAP OTC and SD solutions.
  • Work closely with Architecture, Development, BASIS, Security, and AMS teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure responsible handling of customer and consumer data in compliance with data privacy policies and procedures.
