Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking SAP S/4 FICO resource to join their internal team.
Full-time (Salary $140,0000-$145,000 with flexibility)
Must be able to accept employment directly without sponsorship now or in the future
Must be able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills- 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with extensive hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with the 2023 release of SAP S/4HANA FICO (preferred).
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Product Costing.
- Strong background in Supply Chain Finance, including invoicing, vendor invoicing, and PTP processes.
- Working knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN).
- Deep hands-on expertise across all core FICO modules, including:
- AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA, and Product Costing
- Integration with SD and MM
- Building SAP inbound/outbound interfaces with third-party systems
- Ability to provide technical leadership and develop solution proposals based on Finance and Controlling business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Change Management, and project management methodologies.
- Strong experience conducting requirements gathering sessions with business users and system designers across multiple regions.
- Proven delivery experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and migrations in SAP ECC and S/4HANA within Agile environments.
- Ability to design global, regional, and local statutory solutions, configure systems, test applications and interfaces, and deploy new solutions.
- Experience collaborating with functional and technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver functional designs and resolve test defects.
- Commitment to Operational Excellence, including complete documentation of process flows, procedures, operations materials, and Functional Design Specifications.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective relationship-building skills to support medium- to large-scale projects from pilot through post-go-live support.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration.
- Solid understanding of financial process flows and key integration points.
- Hands-on experience with IDoc/EDI interfaces.
