Change lead_ (Locals to St. Louis Mo only)

As a Change Lead, you will lead the change management and adoption plan strategies for critical change initiatives and system implementations, driving new and /or different business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Write, manage and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives as well as day-to-day communication needs
• Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities across the organization are well harmonized and align with department strategies
• Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps and develop corrective action plans
• Develop, maintain and report on an overall integrated delivery / adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company
• Develop communication materials, key messages and collaborate with subject matter experts on communication deliverables and continuous improvement ideas
• Ensure messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time, using appropriate communication channels
• Identifying and evangelizing reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change
