Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Maintenance Technician based in Green, Ohio, serving residential and light commercial customers within approximately a 40-mile service area, including Summit, Stark, and Cuyahoga counties

• Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems

• Respond to scheduled maintenance appointments in a professional and timely manner

• Inspect HVAC equipment to help ensure safe and efficient operation

• Explain maintenance findings and recommend service options when appropriate

• Complete accurate service documentation and follow company procedures

• Participate in a structured onboarding program with ride-along support during your first month

• Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of HVAC service experience or completion of a trade school program

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and mechanical components

• EPA Certification preferred

• Valid driver\'s license

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to safe work practices and professional standards
