Your New Role
Work as an HVAC Maintenance Technician based in Green, Ohio, serving residential and light commercial customers within approximately a 40-mile service area, including Summit, Stark, and Cuyahoga counties
Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
Respond to scheduled maintenance appointments in a professional and timely manner
Inspect HVAC equipment to help ensure safe and efficient operation
Explain maintenance findings and recommend service options when appropriate
Complete accurate service documentation and follow company procedures
Participate in a structured onboarding program with ride-along support during your first month
Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of HVAC service experience or completion of a trade school program
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and mechanical components
EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver\'s license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Commitment to safe work practices and professional standards
