ServiceNow TSM Architect / Senior Technical Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX (2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract (contract-to-hire option)

We're seeking a senior ServiceNow TSM Architect to lead the design and delivery of telecom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on building scalable architectures that support order orchestration, service fulfillment, assurance, and integrations across the telecom ecosystem, aligned with industry standards and ServiceNow best practices.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow TSM solutions for telecom programs

  
  


• 
  

  Define target-state architectures aligned with TM Forum (eTOM, SID) standards

  
  


• 
  

  Design data models, workflows, automations, and OSS/BSS integrations

  
  


• 
  

  Lead technical workshops and serve as the primary solution advisor to stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Provide architectural governance and technical direction to delivery teams

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  10-15+ years of overall IT experience

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years in ServiceNow architecture

  
  


• 
  

  Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow TSM

  
  


• 
  

  Deep telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS, order orchestration, service activation)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with TMF Open APIs (e.g., TMF 620, 640, 641, 638)
