We are looking for a Product Manager with strong Data & Analytics experience to drive data-driven product decisions in a healthcare environment. The role focuses on improving customer experience through insights, reporting, and continuous product enhancements across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage analytics and reporting requirements
- Perform data analysis to drive product improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Deliver insights, identify root causes, and recommend enhancements
- Define metrics, data models, and standards (e.g., Find Care)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to close product and data gaps
Required Skills:
