Our client, a leading Southern California electrical contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-profile commercial projects ranging from
$5M-$15M+. The ideal candidate comes from a well-established electrical contracting environment and has successfully managed complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
What You\'ll Do - Manage multiple commercial electrical construction projects simultaneously
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and change order management
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
- Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business
What We\'re Looking For Required Experience - 8+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
- Proven success managing commercial electrical construction projects
- Strong experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
- Experience managing projects valued between $5M-$15M+
- Background with established electrical contractors serving the Southern California market
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
- Stable career progression with a strong track record of project success
