Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant – CRM & SD (Order-to-Cash)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Experience Required:15+ years of SAP Functional experience.
 

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM and SAP SD, focusing on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working in SAP ECC environments, supporting order management, pricing, billing, contracts, and returns processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP solutions, and support testing and post-go-live activities. Experience with SAP Fiori and exposure to S/4HANA is preferred. Candidates with experience in hi-tech or discrete manufacturing environments are highly desired.
 

Key Skills Required:

• Strong functional experience in SAP CRM and SAP SD

• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC

• Experience supporting Order Management, Pricing, Contracts, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications

• Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and testing (UAT/SIT)

• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA

• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA transformation

• Understanding of CRM–SD–FI integrations

• Experience in semiconductor or discrete manufacturing industries
