Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project execution, schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate development activities across engineering teams.
- Perform technical problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Analyze test results and support validation and verification activities.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with risk management, metrics reporting, and project tracking.
- Support design validation through build and test activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or electronics development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline (Preferred).
- Experience with product development, testing, or qualification activities (Preferred).
- Mechanical design and/or electronics/circuit card design experience (Preferred).
- Root cause and corrective action experience (Preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, integrated master schedules (IMS), or project coordination activities (Preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills (Preferred).
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electromechanical systems, EVMS, or manufacturing is a plus (Preferred).
