Senior Appian Developer

Note ::

• Public Trust security clearance is required. The practitioners visa expiration dates should be at least one year beyond the project start date.
• This is a W2 requirement, and we are looking for someone who does not need visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Strong command of Appian platform essentials and broader platform capabilities.
• Business process modeling, orchestration, and optimization expertise (BPM methods and techniques).
• Ability to build process models/workflows, dynamic UIs, and complex rules in Appian.
• Strong integration experience with web services and databases; ability to design resilient integration patterns.
• Ability to define architecture for BPM/automation solutions and document it clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to hold the big picture architecture while unblocking near-term delivery.
• Outstanding analytical skills; strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause problem solving.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a dynamic matrix team environment across business and technology stakeholders

Qualifications / experience

• Appian Certified Lead Developer (required); Appian Certified Senior Developer (preferred if applicable).
• 3 4+ years of technical experience delivering solutions on Appian.
• 3+ years of broader software delivery/software development experience.
• 1.5 2+ years in an architecture role (solution architecture on large/complex initiatives).
• Experience leading Appian development teams and guiding delivery across configuration, deployment, and testing for enterprise applications.
