Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BPM / Senior Business Analyst to lead business process transformation initiatives for Asset Management Systems, with a strong focus on data strategy, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, data engineering teams, and leadership to optimize enterprise workflows, define system requirements, and support scalable digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, BPM/process modeling, enterprise asset management systems, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Business Process Management & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery, workflow analysis, and business process optimization initiatives.
  • Create process maps, BPMN diagrams, and future-state workflow models.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable process improvements across asset lifecycle operations.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and data requirements.
  • Develop BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system capabilities.

Asset Management Systems Support

  • Support enterprise asset management initiatives including acquisition, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Work with EAM, CMMS, or ERP Asset Management modules.

Data & AI Enablement

  • Partner with data engineering, BI, and analytics teams to support AI/ML-driven initiatives.
  • Define data requirements, metadata standards, integration points, and reporting needs.
  • Support use cases including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, forecasting, and automation.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and leadership teams.
  • Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.

Testing & Change Management

  • Support UAT planning, test scenario development, and solution validation.
  • Apply Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste, bottlenecks, and cost drivers across asset lifecycle workflows, quantifying improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with training, rollout planning, adoption, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BPM Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role.
  • Strong experience with Asset Management Systems (EAM, CMMS, ERP Asset Modules).
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN and process modeling tools such as Visio, Signavio, or ARIS.
  • Strong understanding of data flows, data quality, master data, and metadata management.
  • Experience working with data engineering, analytics, and BI teams.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts including predictive maintenance, forecasting, anomaly detection, NLP, or automation.
  • Experience writing user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
