  • Hands-on experience building applications with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs across distributed systems.
  • Practical knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming techniques and messaging queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience working within Agile development teams, including participation in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Exposure to application security practices, including vulnerability assessment and secure coding standards.
  • Background in the financial services industry or experience developing applications within a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of Python programming and its use in application development, automation, or data processing
