Internal Helpdesk Support Specialist

TEKsystems is looking for an individual contributor who is eager to apply his or her outstanding customer service skills and well-rounded technical experience in a team that provides internal technical support to employees of one of our clients via phone and chat.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for live support, actively taking live inbound chats, calls, and emails on a regular basis from internal employees.
Troubleshooting user software issues related to OS support, application support, and more
Provide an exceptional, world class level of customer service while troubleshooting the technical issue the user may be having, usually by remote login into machines.
If unable to resolve the issue, escalation to L2 support is required
Support and troubleshooting of a mixed Windows and Mac environment
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience supporting or knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS systems
Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Workspace, and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to give end users within the company a very warm and welcoming feeling.
Ability to quickly train and ramp up
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Someone with technology support (~1 year) along with the passion to continue to be faced with new challenges
Previous experience with Mac devices, tablets and mobile devices is a plus.
The Shift is: Sunday - Thursday, 7:30 - 4:00 PM MST. You must be willing to work in Sunday. Also this position requires you live in Utah.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
