Description:   The Digital Product Owner – CRM Integration is a contractor role that is responsible for leading the strategic integration of multiple Salesforce CRM instances across Cetera’s enterprise ecosystem. This role will define and execute the roadmap for CRM consolidation, ensuring a seamless experience for advisors and internal stakeholders. The Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, Service and Ops, W2 employee advisors, and other business units, to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric CRM capabilities.

Core Responsibilities:
•       Define and communicate the vision and strategy for CRM integration, consolidation, and optimization across multiple Salesforce instances.
•       Lead discovery efforts to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints related to CRM usage across channels.
•       Develop and maintain user journey maps, process flows, and integration documentation to support CRM unification.
•       Serve as the SME for agile delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
•       Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, and data teams to guide integration efforts, data migration, and system harmonization.
•       Conduct market and competitive research to inform CRM strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
•       Facilitate collaboration with advisor tech committees and field teams to gather feedback and drive adoption.
•       Ensure alignment with the broader AdviceWorks roadmap and other digital initiatives.
•       Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants supporting CRM integration.
•       Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•       Deep understanding of Salesforce FSC functionality and data structures.
•       Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
•       Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
•       Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure success.
•       Familiarity with compliance and data governance considerations in financial services.
