Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer specializing in mechanical systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and managing projects related to Flooring. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical engineering projects related to Tate Flooring systems.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct technical evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering, preferably in flooring or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Range: $80,000 USD to $110,000 USD Yearly
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
