We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) professional with strong functional expertise in Order Management (OM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing Oracle EBS modules to ensure smooth business operations and efficient end-to-end processes.
Responsibilities:
· Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Order Management and Oracle Projects modules, including issue resolution and ongoing system enhancements.
· Configure and customize OM and Projects modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
· Support end-to-end order-to-cash and order-to-billing processes, including project accounting, billing, and revenue recognition.
· Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver effective solutions.
· Work with technical teams on integrations, data interfaces, and reports related to OM and Projects modules.
· Participate in system testing, UAT, and production support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
· Prepare functional documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
· Assist in month-end and period-close activities related to order management and project accounting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Order Management and Oracle Projects modules.
· Solid understanding of order-to-cash, project costing, billing, and accounting processes.
· Experience working with integrations, custom reports, and interfaces within Oracle EBS.
· Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
