Job Title: Netsuite & Zip Integration Consultant

Mode: Remote

Duration: 12 months contract

Must‑Have

This resource would personally troubleshoot and configure and be the primary owner of resolving Zip–NetSuite issues?

• Zip: Full implementation or Significant post‑go‑live optimization experience
• Zip–NetSuite integrations:
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting
  • PO, approval, vendor, and invoice flows
• Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P):
  • Workflow creation and optimization
  • Governance and spend controls
• Production support mindset:
  • Comfortable working in imperfect environments with existing customizations
• NetSuite:
  • Strong technical support (AP, Purchasing, Vendors, POs)

Nice-to-have

• Ironclad integration experience (very important)
• Experience driving user adoption after a major system change
• Prior ownership of 400+ user systems in global environments
• Ability to prioritize integrated user experience, not just build workflows

Avoid Submitting

• NetSuite‑only admins with light Zip exposure
• Strategy or advisory‑only consultants
• Implementation‑only profiles with no production support experience

Key Pain Points

• Zip ↔ NetSuite integration issues
  • PO sync problems (some errors during sync, some post‑sync)
  • Mix of process gaps, bugs, and small recurring issues
  • Existing customizations and workarounds already in place
• Zip ↔ Ironclad integration is not working as intended
  • Previously, Legal submitted requests directly in Ironclad
  • Zip was meant to become the front‑end intake system
  • This workflow is currently broken or poorly adopted
• P2P (Procure‑to‑Pay) challenges
  • Workflow inefficiencies
  • Data accuracy issues
  • Approval routing challenges
• User adoption issues
  • Significant process change for end users
  • Goal is high adoption as quickly as possible

This role requires a true hands‑on consultant, not a strategy‑only resource:

• Take primary ownership of Zip
• Resolve recurring Zip–NetSuite integration issues
• Redesign and optimize P2P workflows
• Stabilize the Zip ↔ Ironclad legal intake process
• Balance process redesign + system configuration
• Personally troubleshoot and configure - workflows, integrations and data accuracy
• Produce documentation and perform knowledge transfer
• Partner directly with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT

What Success Looks Like

• Zip functions as the true front‑end across Procurement and Legal
• NetSuite sync issues are stabilized
• P2P workflows are optimized and scalable
• Recurring issues are eliminated, not patched
• Adoption materially improves across user groups
