Job Description: Core Platforms: SAP and/or Salesforce
The Program Manager will lead 2 3 concurrent projects under a showroom strategic initiatives program. The portfolio includes a mobile app for showroom surveys, product scoring, and accountability tracking to drive sales outcomes. This role requires deep experience orchestrating SAP and/or Salesforce projects, strong cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven approach to ensure measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Governance:
- Own the end-to-end program roadmap, scope, and benefits realization across 2 3 projects.
- Establish governance cadences, define RACI, and lead steering committees and decision forums.
- Align program outcomes to showroom strategy and commercial objectives.
SAP and/ or Salesforce Delivery Oversight:
- Lead delivery for SAP and/ or Salesforce initiatives (e.g., CRM, service, sales operations, order-to-cash, inventory visibility).
- Partner with product owners and solution architects to translate business outcomes into epics, features, and release plans.
- Ensure integration and data flows between Salesforce, SAP
- Define KPIs and OKRs (e.g., sales uplift, conversion, compliance score, survey completion rates).
- Partner with data/BI teams to design dashboards and automated reporting for leadership and field managers.
- Drive insight-to-action cycles to improve showroom performance and enforce accountability.
Delivery Excellence:
- Plan and manage budgets, forecasts, vendor SOWs, and resource plans across multiple workstreams.
- Select and apply the right delivery approach (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) by workstream.
- Own risk/issue management, dependency mapping, and change control; maintain a clear RAID log.
Stakeholder & Change Management:
- Engage senior business leaders, showroom managers, sales ops, IT, and partners with clear communication.
- Build and execute change plans: training, enablement, comms, and adoption metrics.
- Ensure processes and policies align with compliance and data privacy requirements.
Quality, Security, and Compliance:
- Enforce standards for testing (functional, UAT, performance, security) and release management.
- Ensure data governance, user access controls, and audit-readiness across platforms.
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide transparent status reporting, executive dashboards, and benefits tracking.
- Escalate blockers proactively with solution options and trade-off impacts.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of program/project management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven track record leading 2 3 concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects on:
- SAP and / or Salesforce experience is preferred
- Strong command of data/analytics outcomes: KPI definition, dashboarding, and performance management.
- Proficiency with delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and executive reporting skills.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
