Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation initiatives and help teams adopt Agile best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coaching cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership teams in Agile methodologies, scaling frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
The Agile Coach will play a key role in enhancing Agile maturity, improving delivery efficiency, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing Agile culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions.
- Assess Agile maturity and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Guide teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and other Agile frameworks.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align Agile practices with business goals and delivery strategies.
- Identify and remove organizational impediments affecting Agile adoption and team productivity.
- Promote Agile mindset, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
- Support release planning, backlog management, estimation, and roadmap planning activities.
- Develop Agile training materials, workshops, and coaching sessions for teams and stakeholders.
- Track Agile metrics, team performance, and delivery effectiveness.
- Ensure best practices for Agile delivery, governance, and process optimization.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Agile coaching expertise.
- Hands-on experience coaching enterprise-level Agile transformations.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
