Job Title: Warehouse Software Implementation Specialist Employment Type: Direct/W2, Full Benefits Pay Rate: $40-60 per hour depending on experience level Location: Remote with deployment within US Industry: Warehouse, Automation, Cold Storage, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Travel: 75% #ImplementationManager #WarehouseManagementSoftware #coldstorage About the Role: We are seeking an entry level AND experienced WMS Implementation Specialist AND Manager to contribute AND lead the successful deployment of a proprietary next-generation warehouse control and execution system, across existing customer facilities. In this role, you"ll work alongside customer teams to plan, execute, and support each site deployment. You"ll be trained on the WMS platform and rollout methodology and begin by participating in team-based implementations before transitioning to independently managed site conversions. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for professionals with strong project execution skills and a background in warehouse systems, operations, or software implementation. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and monitor site-specific deployment schedules, adjusting timelines and communicating updates to stakeholders * Evaluate warehouse workflows and anticipate operational impacts of LinOS system changes * Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, software engineering, product, cloud engineering, and support teams * Participate in pre-deployment site evaluations, go-live readiness, cut-over execution, and hypercare * Follow documented best practices and standard processes to ensure consistent, high-quality rollouts Must-Have Qualifications: * Experience supporting or managing software or system implementations, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain environment * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile setting * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Organized, self-directed, and able to see complex initiatives through to completion * Willing and able to travel approximately 50% (e.g., 2 weeks per month) for on-site deployment work Preferred Qualifications: * Exposure to WMS, WCS, or warehouse automation systems * Background in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments * Familiarity with change management or end-user training during system rollouts Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $40.00 to $60.00 per hour.
