Position: Saviynt Engineer – Cybersecurity

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Saviynt Engineer with strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions. The role involves managing identity lifecycle processes, access governance, access certifications, role-based access control, and application integrations in a large enterprise banking environment.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Saviynt solutions, integrating enterprise applications, automating identity governance workflows, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Saviynt Development & Implementation
- Design, configure, implement, and support Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- Develop and maintain Saviynt workflows, rules, analytics, jobs, and security configurations.
- Configure user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and approval workflows.
- Implement access certifications, access reviews, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
- Configure roles, entitlements, access policies, and governance rules.
2. Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
- Manage user access provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning.
- Support privileged access governance and enterprise identity security initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise IAM security standards and policies.
3. Application Integration
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, and databases.
- Work on connectors and integrations involving Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, databases, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure and troubleshoot application onboarding and account aggregation.
- Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
4. Security & Compliance
- Implement access governance controls aligned with enterprise security policies.
- Support audit requirements, access reviews, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and resolve access-related security gaps.
- Work on SoD policies, risk management, and compliance reporting.
5. Production Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot Saviynt provisioning failures, connector issues, and workflow errors.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and identity governance processes.
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and IAM.
- Expertise in user lifecycle management (JML).
- Hands-on experience with access requests, certifications, and provisioning workflows.
- Experience with Saviynt connectors and application integrations.
- Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, access policies, and entitlement management.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and scripting.
- Experience integrating Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD / Entra ID, and enterprise applications.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Saviynt implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
- Knowledge of SailPoint or other IGA platforms.
- Experience with CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud security, AWS, and Azure identity services.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.
- Saviynt certifications.
Required Experience & Competencies
- 5–10 years of overall IT / Cybersecurity experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Saviynt experience preferred.
- Experience in enterprise IAM / IGA implementation and support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative enterprise cybersecurity environment.
