Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all field operations for large-scale construction projects, ensuring project milestones and budgets are met.
Oversee subcontractors, material deliveries, and labor schedules within the project timeline.
Maintain rigorous safety standards, conducting daily safety checklists and initiating pre-construction safety discussions with subcontractors.
Lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
Conduct detailed field reports, manage project punch lists, and ensure high-quality project completion.
Engage in critical decision-making and problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

A minimum of ten years' experience in construction, with a focus on multi-family residential and/or commercial construction.
Must obtain OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification upon employment.
Strong knowledge of all construction facets, including earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes, and mechanical systems.
Proven ability to supervise, teach, and motivate staff while maintaining excellent safety habits.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Must be able to handle multiple projects, meet critical deadlines, and make agile decisions.
