Job Description

We are looking for experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineers with strong Python development skills and hands-on experience in Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building, training, and deploying machine learning models in enterprise environments and working closely with data engineering and cloud teams.

This role will focus on designing scalable AI/ML solutions and supporting end-to-end model development and deployment using Microsoft Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python.
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for training, testing, and inference.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to create predictive and analytical models.
• Deploy ML solutions on Azure Cloud using services such as Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability.
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and cost optimization in cloud-based ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI / Machine Learning concepts and implementations.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure AI/ML services.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Data Factory.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision use cases.
• Exposure to DevOps/MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
• Prior experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.
