Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of IT experience
Experience administering AI-supporting infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud environments)
Experience with AI/ML platforms and enterprise configuration management
Experience managing software licensing, renewals, compliance, and usage reporting
Strong knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, security controls, backup, and disaster recovery
Strong Help Desk/Technical Support and troubleshooting experience
Experience creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, configuration runbooks, and SOPs
Experience supporting Federal IT governance and compliance
Experience supporting government agencies
Familiarity with AI/ML operational models, pipelines, and lifecycle management
Local to Woodlawn, MD and available to work onsite 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities

Manage AI software licenses, renewals, compliance, and reporting
Configure and maintain servers, storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure supporting AI workloads
Monitor system performance, security, and availability
Implement backup, disaster recovery, patching, and infrastructure maintenance
Provide end-user support for AI platforms, onboarding, and account management
Develop technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials
Support AI governance, operational procedures, and compliance initiatives
Produce AI usage reports, activity metrics, weekly status reports, and quarterly value reports
