Solution Architect – Data 360

Title: Solution Architect  (D360)

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 4+ Months

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Strategic Design: Lead the solution architecture and technical roadmap for Salesforce Data 360 integration across enterprise systems, ensuring scalable data ingestion, lakehouse storage, and zero-copy federation.

• Data Modeling & Harmonization: Design data streams, map Data Source Objects (DSOs) and Data Lake Objects (DLOs) to standard Customer 360 Data Model Objects (DMOs), and define extensible custom schemas where required.

• Identity Resolution & Unification: Architect identity resolution rulesets, match and reconciliation criteria, and golden profile configurations to deliver a single, consolidated 360-degree customer view.

• Data Activation & Integration: Design data activation targets across Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud Engagement) and external platforms using zero-copy / data sharing patterns (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).

• Governance, Privacy & Security: Establish data governance protocols, lineage tracking, and compliance rule sets to safeguard sensitive PII/PCI data within the Data 360 platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Deep architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud / CDP), including ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation/activation.

• Enterprise Integration: Strong experience with Zero-Copy architecture, API integration, data lakehouse patterns (Apache Iceberg/Parquet), and real-time streaming connectors.

• Data Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with modern enterprise data lakes and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS S3, BigQuery) and ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Technical Mastery: Solid foundation in SQL, metadata-driven architecture, and data modeling concepts.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud / Data 360 Consultant

• Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect
