Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid - Can be 2-3 days a week).

Mandatory: Changeman ZMF and IDzEE background are both needed.
Job Description:
Reason for hiring- migration mainframe zmf to devops- product is Izee (ibm) product to more current - need a change man zmf main frame heavy background experience with IBM software suite / devops stack
this role is hybrid / candidate needs to be able to come in for meetings / team in person at least once a month / need is immediate a lot of the current team is leaving.
Experience: 5 years experience with software development, basic coding and compilation, software architecture/design, user requirements definition and software specification development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Very technically proficient in ChangeMan ZMF
Excellent knowledge of ZMF integration with such tools as RACF, XPEditer, JobScan, Email via SMTP, CICS, DB2, ISPF/TSO, Dialog Manager Panels/Skeletons and REXX programming
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proven track record of excellent team management and conflict resolution
Experienced in managing a team in multiple offices and home-based locations
Customer service focused
Analytical and critical thinker, skilled in mediation
