Systems Analyst / Application Developer

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of two (2) years of programming and systems analysis experience.

• Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and technical team members to understand and document business requirements and design quality technical solutions.

• Strong experience aligning technology solutions with business and IT strategies while adhering to organizational architectural standards.

• Hands-on experience across the full systems development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and application support, with a focus on timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Proven ability to evaluate and recommend the development of new code or the reuse of existing code.

• Solid background in systems analysis and design, with a strong understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies using modern technologies such as .NET, Java, Oracle, and SQL Server.

• Experience developing and optimizing data queries.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

• Experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining legacy Natural/Adabas applications.

• Experience working with ETL tools, specifically Informatica.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of programming and systems analysis experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
