Top Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree is REQUIRED
2. 7+ years of product management and Delivery Management, demonstrated success leading enterprise software products, PLM initiatives, or digital transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
3. Deep expertise with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE and Automative PLM, experience with ENOVIA, BOM Management (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM) Engineering Management (ECR/ECO) product configuration, variant management, and 150%, 100% BOM structures.
4. Proven experience migrating legacy PLM/BOM systems (TeamCenter, Windchill, SAP) to 3DExperience, including data migration, integration with ERP/CAD systems, and coexistence strategies.
5. Strong stakeholder leadership, and Agile Product management skills. Ability to define products roadmaps, manage Jira backlogs, translate business requirements, and communicate cross functionally.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the transformation, modernization, and migration of our Automotive Bill of Materials (BOM) management processes into the Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform.
In this role, you will be the product champion responsible for sunsetting our legacy PLM/BOM systems and establishing a unified, 3DX-native BOM solution.
You will define how we manage complex automotive product structures including 150% Master BOMs, variant configuration, effectivity, and 100% Configured BOMs.
