4. Mainframe DB Understand relational databases. Understand, code and debug SQL statements. Understand keys and indexes
5.IBM DB2 (Same as #2 above)
6.COBOL Code and debug standard COBOL programs with moderate complexity.
7. Mainframe Systems Experienced in ISPF, FileManager, CA7, Syncsort sFTP
8. 5 years of experience utilizing Postgres and writing code and SQL accessing, 3+ years of experience in Scrumand Waterfall based environment.

3. Agile Software Development 3 years experience in Scrum and/or Waterfall based development
4. Jira Understanding and knowledgeable in JIRA boards and user story development. Experienced breaking projects down into manageable pieces, prioritizing and estimating tasks and duration.
Experience Required:
Engineer 3 Exp: Prac. In 2 coding lang. or adv. Prac. in 1 lang. 6+ years in IT; 4+ years in development
