Position Summary

In your role as an Advanced Process Control System Engineer you will lead end-to-end operational excellence, driving higher efficiency, lowering risk, and accelerating delivery across the systems.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Process & System Innovation: Design and roll out improvements that raise efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Change-Point Preparation, Release & Monitoring: Plan, execute, and supervise system changes to ensure smooth, risk-free deployments.
• Ticket & Incident Management (including 24/7 Escalation): Own end-to-end incident handling, providing expert support outside regular hours.
• Automation & Tooling: Build scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and alerting mechanisms that streamline releases and incident response.
• Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs, publish dashboards, run post-mortems, and drive corrective actions.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• 7+ years of application support/ownership experience.
• Semiconductor manufacturing domain knowledge.
• Degree in a technical field with solid grounding in statistics and applied mathematics.
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming (OOP)with strong SQL querying skills.
• Version-control & CI/CD experience.
• Proven incident-ownership and escalation handling.

The current base salary range for this role is between $109,050 - $212,650. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
