BI Senior Systems Engineer (MicroStrategy,Tableau)

Location: Austin, TX, (Onsite/Hybrid)

Skills / Requirements:

Intermediate/Advanced knowledge & experience with SQL, Linux/Shell.
Comfortable with administering a Linux server not limited to patching, user access etc.
Hands-on admin experience on Tableau, MicroStrategy/Strategy reporting tools highly preferred.
Good understanding of Data Warehousing and Relational database concepts & technologies.
Ability to setup and automate BI platform related activities using scripting languages like Python/Shell scripting.
Ability to work on building Jenkins pipelines, github actions.
Ability to build/maintain dashboards to capture BI user tracking/logging, usage monitoring and reporting at an enterprise level.
Ability to build frameworks that can be used for report server upgrade, refresh data source/report and take regular backup via Rest APIs.
Administer all aspects of a company''''s bare-metal/cloud-based applications, including its comprehensive user access permissions and security.
Strong project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain multiple, and often competing priorities.
Good English language skills written & oral Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise over time, driving process evolution.
Self-starter that is highly adaptable, able to thrive in a changing, dynamic environment
Strong understanding of BI technologies and concepts.
